Non-residents and organisations from outside the parish of Withycombe - £15.00 an hour

The hourly rate includes the full use of the kitchen, hall and heating.

When used for:  closely seated audience - 245

                                        for dancing - 204

                          seating at tables - 102

                          dancing and seating provided at tables - 122

Capacity includes entertainers, performers, staff and public attending the event.

Below are the terms and conditions for hiring Withycombe Memorial Hall. You will be required to read and sign two copies of the terms and conditions, retaining one copy for your records and returning the second copy when you pay your deposit/hiring costs. We can send you the terms and conditions along with a stamped, addressed envelope for you to return the signed copy.You will also receive a copy of our end of session check list.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer - payment details will be on the invoice provided.
